Using the Enneagram Personality Profiling tool we discover your strengths and areas of vulnerability. We apply this information to your business plans, marketing plans and family plans. We identify your vision for your business, determine the transition steps to launch your business from one stage to the next, and then assist you to put it into action.

The Process
First we establish if we're a good fit. Do you have needs that I can help you attain? We discover this in our first session - which is complimentary to you.
In the next session we discuss your desired outcome of having a coach so we make the best use of our time. This helps us to set an agenda for this and future sessions.
Coaching sessions may be face-to-face or over the phone weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on the issues you want to address. Clients choose to meet from one month to six months by setting up a schedule that meets their needs. Each session is usually an hour.
My recession fees are comparable to getting a great massage. They massage your body; I massage your mind, and my massage has much longer lasting results!
